At Minnie Rose, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury cashmere and knitwear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
